Radisson Blu Resort, Sharjah, Sharjah

I stayed at the Radisson Blu for 12 days and was consistently impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness throughout. The dining options were abundant and varied, ensuring I never got bored of the meals. Additionally, I was blown away by the staff's willingness to help, especially when one of them returned my lost wedding ring. However, the shuttle service can be a bit tight on time when heading into Dubai, so planning ahead is essential.

During my stay, I encountered both exceptional service from the hotel staff and some noticeable areas for improvement. Gigi and the rest of the team were incredible, genuinely making my visit enjoyable. However, the dining experience did not meet my expectations, as the food variety was lacking and overly spicy. Additionally, the beach management and Wi-Fi connectivity were major disappointments that need addressing. Overall, while the staff and location made the stay great, there are several key areas that require attention.
